We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional first impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and process forms accurately
- Support the clinical team with smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dental front office experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and empathy
- A proactive problem solver who loves being part of a team

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
